Wichtige Hinweise zu den Produktions- und Lieferzeiten:


Lieferzeit - Angaben über die Lieferfrist verstehen sich als voraussichtliche Lieferzeiten.

Produktionszeit - Wie lange es dauert, bis Ihre Bestellung dem Versand übergeben wird, hängt von Ihrem bestellten Produkt ab. Bei Mischaufträgen (z. B. Fotoabzüge und Holzdruck) verlängert sich die Produktionszeit.

Versandkosten - Je Bestellung fallen nur einmalig Versandkosten an. Es gelten immer die höchsten Versandkosten bei Bestellungen mit verschiedenen Produkten.

Expressversand - Für die garantierte Lieferung am nächsten Tag nutzen Sie bitte unseren Expressversand (nur innerhalb Deutschlands). Bestellungen müssen bis 12 Uhr im Labor eingetroffen sein. Bei Expressbestellungen für den nächsten Werktag (19,95 €, Mo-Fr) und Samstagzustellung (44,95 €) fallen zusätzliche Kosten an. Nicht alle Fotoprodukte sind expressfähig. Der PixelfotoExpress Kundenservice hilft Ihnen gern weiter: +49 (0)351 40424-0. Die Lieferung erfolgt per Kurier über MailExpress. Bitte versichern Sie sich, dass Sie anwesend sind, ansonsten können zusätzliche Kosten anfallen.

Teillieferungen - Um einen fehlerfreien Arbeitsablauf zu garantieren, bitten wir Sie Ihre Bestellungen zusammengefasst zu übermitteln. Wir sind stets bemüht Teillieferungen zusammenzufassen nach telefonischer Anfrage. Bei erhöhter Auftragslage (z. B. Weihnachten) ist keine Zusammenfassung möglich.

PaketStation Lieferung - Die Versandkosten bei Lieferung an eine Paketstation betragen mindestens 4,95 €.

White Label Versand - Bei Angabe einer alternativen Lieferanschrift erfolgt generell White Label Versand.

Werktage - Die Angabe von Werktagen auf der Seite umfasst Montag bis Freitag (keine Feiertage)

Personalisierte Produkte

Da die meisten unserer Produkte individuell nach Ihren Vorgaben gefertigt werden (z. B. mit einem von Ihnen hochgeladenen Foto), sind diese von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen. Bitte prüfen Sie Ihre Auswahl daher vor Abschluss der Bestellung sorgfältig.

Sollte Ihr personalisiertes Produkt jedoch beschädigt oder fehlerhaft bei Ihnen ankommen, übernehmen wir selbstverständlich die Kosten für die Rücksendung. In diesem Fall erhalten Sie wahlweise einen kostenlosen Umtausch oder eine Ersatzlieferung.

Nicht personalisierte Shopprodukte

Nicht personalisierte Shopprodukte, wie beispielsweise Fotomappen oder Fotoboxen, können innerhalb der gesetzlichen Rückgabefrist an uns zurückgesendet werden. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt der Käufer.

Ist ein Shopprodukt beschädigt oder weist einen Herstellungsfehler auf, übernehmen wir die Rücksendekosten. Selbstverständlich können fehlerhafte Produkte kostenlos umgetauscht oder ersetzt werden.
